With regards to the CDC & updates from Gov. Baker, we are mindful of the health & safety of our patients, their families, & our staff; we kindly request that you continue to adhere to the following safety protocols that have been in effect.
*Moving forward, temperature readings will no longer take place upon entering the office.*
Anyone with symptoms: cough, fever, loss of taste, shortness of breath or who has been in direct contact with a COVID-19 positive person will not be allowed in the building. We will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
When you arrive, please call or text us that you arrived. We will respond back when we are ready for you to enter. This is to decrease patient-to-patient contact in the waiting room & ensure social distancing.
Only the patient/guardian is permitted into the office. Others must remain outside our suite during the appt, please, & we will call you at the end of the appt.
Masks will remain mandatory for both un/vaccinated individuals at all times in health care facilities per the state; this applies to patients and staff.
After you enter our building, you will be asked to wash your hands in the hallway restroom. You will be given a quick questionnaire & consent form to complete (if you haven’t already done so online).
We will remain wearing additional PPE; we are smiling beneath our masks & will continue to follow proper CDC protocols for disinfection.
Thank you again for your understanding.
