An avulsed, *mobile* tooth should have a functional splint placed
The BEST Storage media for an AVULSED tooth is milk, ASAP – preferably cold/skim but any will do!
Mature permanent avulsed teeth with a clinical/radiographic closed apex ALWAYS needs root canal treatment within 2 weeks of the avulsion
A primary avulsed tooth should NEVER be reimplanted! EVER!
